Mortimer Snerd

Rankin/Bass' Animagic Mortimer Snerd as he appears today (Upper right shelf of glass case). I wrote about the un-aired Animagic pilot in my book The Enchanted World of Rankin/Bass: A Portfolio (now in it's 20th Anniversary edition) www.miserbros.com The animation was shot in Japan, but the figure made his way to the states via Arthur Rankin and Edgar Bergen. #rankinbass #charliemccarthy #mortimersnerd #animagic #tuesday #fun
