E.J. Peaker (born Edra Jean Peaker; February 22, 1944 – May 16, 2026) died at the age of 82.
Peaker is best known for playing Minnie Fay opposite Barbra Streisand in the 1969 film Hello, Dolly!, and for co-starring with Robert Morse on the short-lived ABC musical comedy series That's Life. She made her onscreen debut on a 1964 episode of Route 66 and signed with Screen Gems, appearing on Occasional Wife alongside Michael Callan, as well as That Girl, The Flying Nun, and Love, American Style. Known for her blonde hair and blue-eyed perkiness, she went on to appear in Charlie's Angels, The Rockford Files, The Streets of San Francisco, Wonder Woman, and Quincy, M.E., and later played recurring roles on The Greatest American Hero and Madame's Place.
Peaker died on May 16, 2026, of Alzheimer's disease, at her home in Las Vegas.
