Hippity, Hoppity Easter's on it's way...

RANKIN/BASS EASTER collection

I am doing a radio interview next Tuesday with BOB MANGELS in Wellsville, NY about the RANKIN/BASS Easter classics and decided to post something. They have the BEST EASTER shows of all and HERE COMES PETER COTTONTAIL and THE EASTER BUNNY IS COMIN' TO TOWN are the BEST! The old DVD of THE EASTER BUNNY IS COMIN' TO TOWN is the BEST with the BEST cover (Left). THE FIRST EASTER RABBIT w/ BURL IVES hasn't come out on DVD yet BUT I had it converted to DVD-R.

Donny Osmond offers the classic RANKIN/BASS TV series on DVD at his website www.donny.com They are currently out of stock on the DVD of five episodes BUT I would check back. Donny was super nice to me when I wrote THE ENCHANTED WORLD OF RANKIN/BASS: A PORTFOLIO and very fond of RANKIN/BASS. Enjoy!

I Just got in the re-mastered version of the rarely seen R/B cel animated special THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS starring the voices of RODDY McDOWELL, CHARLES NELSON REILLY, etc. Expecting THE TOMFOOLERY SHOW, WILLIE MAYS, THE SAY HEY KID, FESTIVAL OF FAMILY CLASSICS,etc. soon.
