Paul Soles (Hermey the elf) has passed away at age 90 in Toronto. Besides doing many voices for Rankin/Bass Productions, he was also the voice of Peter Parker/Spider-man in the classic 1967 Spider-man cartoon series. His voice as Tobias the dragon in Rankin/Bass' The Reluctant Dragon and Mr. Toad show is particularly memorable to me. He also did many voices in Rankin/Bass' Festival of Family Classics. Our late friend, actress Noel Neill (Lois Lane) was a big Rankin/Bass fan and collected Rankin/Bass Rudolph items. She was born on November 25th and given a Christmas name, like my Mother Carol. We did a few appearances together and she loved seeing the figures! #superman #noelneill #Rudolphtherednosedreindeer
