Mego Christmas

1973 was a Merry Christmas!  I got the Batman mego (removable mask version) and my brother got Superman.  I saw the removable mask versions of Batman and Robin, at my friend Jimmy Sullivan's house.  We added many more to the collection the next few years.  I dug these pictures out when we talked about Megos on Collector's call.  My Mom had to wait in lines at places for them.  My Dad didn't want us playing with dolls, but made me a Batcave, before we got the Mego one. #Christmasmemories

ME TV started running commercials....

for the premiere of COLLECTOR'S CALL with myself and my collection in them.  You can catch one for sure during The Facts of Life episodes they show each morning.   I and my family and friends have seen several different commercials (which started running Wednesday).  Most of the pile above is my collection.

I want to Thank my friend Eric Hultgren for coming out to Pop Con Milwaukee and gifting me some of the harder to find Megos!  I was able to give my brother an Action Jackson for his birthday!  We both got AJ at a police Christmas party in the early 1970s.  #megos
