 If you saw my Collector's Call episode, you might have noticed my 3-D Linticular Lighted photographs by Paul A. Hesse of Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis and Lou Costello.   I bought the photographs directly from Paul, in the early 1990s.  My bound TV GUIDE volumes (Which were featured in a bonus on the collector's call website) are really a treasure trove of information.   I just learned by reading an interview with Lola Albright in a July 11, 1959 issue, that she became an actress because of Paul Hesse.  She did some modeling and Paul urged her to become an actress and made it sound easy, so she did it.   Paul helped arrange a test at MGM and this lead to her famous role as Edie in Peter Gunn, some years later!
