One of my self-portraits in Grant Park, Chicago from my COLUMBIA COLLEGE days. We would often have to shoot something during our lunch breaks, so we could bring the film back and develop it in the lab.

PARKING in CHICAGO!

We have the highest gas price in the country (With no explanation). The parking in the CHICAGO city garages has gone up 300% in the last twenty years...also with no explanation. It was $3.25, when I was a COLUMBIA COLLEGE student. This has to hurt city businesses and the economy as a whole. The Grant Park garage wasn't very full during LOLLAPALOOZA...and it is not hard to see why. Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Governor Pat Quinn should be ashamed of themselves. They say they want to bring business back to Chicago....is this the way? This all started with Mayor Richard M. Daley.

In sweltering heat! We had a downpour in Oak Lawn for about one half an hour today!
