Tony Peters was a dear friend and one of the most talented artists to work for RANKIN/BASS PRODUCTIONS (Known as VIDEOCRAFT INTERNATIONAL when he was there). Tony designed their landmark TV Special RANKIN/BASS' RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER and everything that came before it! I especially like Tony's lettering style, which was used in the titles for THE NEW ADVENTURES OF PINOCCHIO and THE TALES OF THE WIZARD OF OZ. You can also see it in the CHRISTMAS SAFETY SEALS (posted above). Tony started in the earliest days of VIDEOCRAFT INTERNATIONAL and he told me that his wife Adrian many times would play cards with Arthur and Jules. Tony was a great friend! He is missed.
