FALL

The FALL weather has just arrived in CHICAGO. This has been the longest SUMMER I can remember! If you placed a recent order with us, I packed tons tonight and it will be in the mail tomorrow. I received the new FELIX THE CAT DVD box set from my friend Patrick and the packaging is A#1 with Patrick's art! VERY nice set. I also received THE YEAR WITHOUT A SANTA CLAUS Deluxe DVD and was pleasantly surprised! It comes in a nice cardboard sleeve with raised, glitter artwork and I was very happy with the final RANKIN/BASS Documentary! The DOC by SPARKHILL now includes PAUL COKER, JR. drawing his famous RANKIN/BASS characters and more of BRADLEY BOLKE & RHODA MANN! I hope it airs on ABC FAMILY for their 25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS this year!

I would strongly recommend you pick up series 2 of the FUNKO 'MAD MONSTER PARTY' figures before they are gone. They were done (Like the first set) in a LIMITED EDITION. Brian Mariotti did a wonderful job on these! Looking forward to series 3!!!

I actually Co-Produced this CD with RHINO and WARNER BROTHERS MUSIC. It is available at a GREAT price at AMAZON. Has a nice booklet with original LP artwork too. The original LPs were extremely RARE and sought after. JUNE FORAY does the voice of KAREN on the FROSTY THE SNOWMAN Soundtrack!

KING KONG ESCAPES (1968)

Here is a picture of RHODES REASON star of RANKIN/BASS' features film KING KONG ESCAPES being interviewed by our friend Brett Homenick at a Sci Fi convention this past July. Mechi Kong stands tall in the foreground. The film was released on DVD last year for all to enjoy.

I have been dubbing and watching alot of THE NEW ADVENTURES OF PINOCCHIO lately! O'LAFFERTY is a leprechaun in one of the episodes. What a GREAT series. Thought I would share one of the coloring books from one of the box sets

Found my copy of the RANKIN/BASS film THE BERMUDA DEPTHS starring BURL IVES (Seen here on the set with Todd Rankin). What an erie film. I can see why it has built such a cult following over the years. I get many requests for copies of the film!
