My friend, funny lady Phyllis Diller!

Phyllis and I became friends when I put my first book together. She appeared in two RANKIN/BASS Productions: MAD MONSTER PARTY (1967) and THE MAD, MAD, MAD COMEDIANS (1970) and she personally loves both. She is a very creative person. Besides being a funny lady, she creates visual art and is a musician as well. She sends out Christmas cards every year that she actually creates. Phyllis was in the first MAD MONSTER PARTY documentary that we did several years back, but was unavailable for the latest release.
