This cowl matches the ones I have in measurements, color and material exactly.  The black around the eyes has the same sheen and texture as mine.   There are some floating around now with a very bright blue, shiny color and a very dark flat black around the eyes, that sell for a fortune.  It is strange, most people can't see the difference in style, material, color, etc., but I can.  The licensed cowl that came out a few years ago was way off.
