Maddy was a winner in the costume contest! I could have never put this party together without the help of my wonderful girlfriend Jo! She had enough food for four parties and she put up with my party ignorance and my absence during the long band sessions.

Just a reminder that THE STARVING ARTISTS will be performing live at the Schaumburg, IL BORDERS BOOKS & MUSIC (Directly across from WOODFIELD MALL on Golf Rd.) Saturday November 10th at 6pm. ROBERT GOULET dies at age 73

Robert Goulet passed away today at age 73. He sung the RANKIN/BASS Theme song to their feature film THE DAYDREAMER (1966). He also made a recent appearance in my friend Mike Alred's film a few years back. Mr. Goulet will be missed.

SPECIAL EDITION DVD at TARGET

I saw the SPECIAL EDITION DVD of THE YEAR WITHOUT A SANTA CLAUS at TARGET the other night for $14.99. That appears to be the cheapest price around. I was really happy with the way the RANKIN/BASS Documentary turned out and I hope ABC FAMILY choses to air it this season!

Just had an archive DVD-R made up that contains the early 1970's broadcast of RANKIN/BASS' MOUSE ON THE MAYFLOWER with McDonaldland commercials off the master tape! VERY cool! The DVD also contains two RAREly seen FESTIVAL OF FAMILY CLASSICS: JACK O' LANTERN & THE CHRISTMAS TREE (Re-mastered) + My appearance on CBS MORNING NEWS 2006 and the classic Christmas shorts THE THREE LITTLE DWARVES, SUZY SNOWFLAKE & FROSTY THE SNOWMAN. We had our HALLOWEEN PARTY Oct. 27th. My costume was that of Detective Ken Hutchinson and my beautiful girlfriend was Dave Starsky. ALEX ROSS won the Halloween Costume contest and RON MURPHY came in 2nd place. MADELINE SIGEL was third place and CRYSTAL GOLDSCHIMT was in 4th.
