I heard from ARTHUR RANKIN yesterday. He is a very generous man and a good friend. Happy to help him out whenever I can.SCOTT JOHNSON
My pal SCOTTY JOHNSON, lead guitarist of the GIN BLOSSOMS, performed on my first two cds as well. He created some wonderful guitar work and thinks very differently than I do, when it comes to solos and rhythm and that is what made his participation so special. My pal ROBIN has an awesome studio in TEMPE, AZ called URANUS for recording or rehearsals! He Produced my first two CDs and performed on them as well. One of the best voices in rock and a multi talented person and friend!

GEROGE KELLER: An amazing Engineer
George Keller, Robin Wilson and Myself at URANUS RECORDING in Tempe, AZ
George is an amazing engineer and worked on my first two cds. We have a wonderful working relationship and have become friends over the years. I never have to say much during the mix downs, because he pretty much nails it right away. Robin only works with quality people and George is definitely one of them.
PHILLIP RHODES
Phillip Rhodes is the original GIN BLOSSOMS drummer. He no longer plays with the band, SCOTT KUSMIREK is their hired gun now. During my first session in TEMPE, AZ, Phillip had rejoined the band briefly and played drums on my songs "Goodbye" and "Brand New Love." I really liked the sound he had and what an amazing drummer..jpg)

Beautiful day out today in Chicagoland
We planned on recording today BUT ended up rehearsing and tightening up the songs that much more. Unfortunately, we set something up with an unreliable party.
