Eric Johnson is coming to the CHICAGO THEATRE Oct. 26 with JIMI HENDRIX's original band. BUDDY GUY, KENNY WAYNE SHEPERD and others are on this tour too! Going to try to check it out. I have seen Eric a few times live and he is one of my favorite guitar players.KIRSTEN ULVE has a new show

Another GREAT Halloween show RANKIN/BASS did was JACK O' LANTERN, which was an episode of FESTIVAL OF FAMILY CLASSICS. It is featured on my MOUSE ON THE MAYFLOWER collector's DVD.MAD, MAD, MAD MONSTERS
Another GREAT RANKIN/BASS Halloween special is the cel animated MAD, MAD, MAD MONSTERS. It originally appeared on the ABC SATURDAY SUPERSTAR MOVIE back in 1973. I wrote about it in my book THE ENCHANTED WORLD OF RANKIN/BASS: A PORTFOLIO.THE RELUCTANT DRAGON & MR. TOAD SHOW
This is a GREAT RANKIN/BASS series designed by PAUL COKER, JR. and I have it on DVD. MUSHI did the animation for RANKIN/BASS and they were the best at capturing Paul's unique art style!Monday, October 06, 2008

This is a very nice Halloween piece of art from BEWITCHED that I picked up a few years back by one of my favorite artists.....BOB BENTAVOJA!
GREEN HORNET costume
I wore this GREEN HORNET costume to an ALEX ROSS HALLOWEEN PARTY several years ago and I was a bit too heavy then. I decided to dig it out today and maybe it will make a reappearance with KATO, at another HALLOWEEN PARTY this year.
The mask was made from one of VAN WILLIAM's original masks.
The gas gun was made from an original GREENWAY PRODUCTIONS prop as well.
