Over the weekend, I learned my Friend Bill Smith (65), passed away on March 31. We met on Facebook and he was a big supporter of mine. I sent him many packages over the years. He had a parade balloon business and was always involved with the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade. Rest in Peace Bill. #Billsmith
