Some were asking about the remaining cast of Rankin/Bass' Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer that are still with us. Alfie Scopp (Charlie-in-the box, fireball) at 102, Corrine Conley (Misfit girl doll) at 92 and Carl Banas at 92 (Foreman elf, spotted elephant). My good pal Bill Giles, who was the sound engineer on the sessions, is still with us too.
