My dear, late friend Allen Swift did many, many voices for RANKIN/BASS PRODUCTIONS including all of the male voices in MAD MONSTER PARTY (With the exception of Boris' voice) BUT may be better known for several voices in THE UNDERDOG SHOW including Simon Barsinister. He really learned his craft in the much earlier HOWDY DOODY SHOW.
