ADVERTISING CHARACTERS
By my friend and DICK TRACY artist, editorial cartoonist Dick Locher. This is from the McDonald's corporate office and Dick said Ray Kroc hired him to do the painting, when Kroc found out Norman Rockwell was unavailable.
