BRAVO to PARAMOUNT HOME VIDEO/CBS for putting out such a GREAT DVD set of THE LUCY SHOW...complete with cast commercials, brought to you bys, original animated openings and closings, etc. Wonderful stuff! I like the fact that they allow you to "SET UP" the vintage versions (As they did on the last season of I LOVE LUCY) and you can watch them as they first appeared. My friend Gary Matheson alerted me to the beautiful transfers of this series. BONUS material also includes interviews with Jimmy Garrett and Lucie Arnaz, vintage merchandise, flubs and clips from "Opening Night" special , which includes other CBS stars such as Andy Griffith. Very cool stuff!
