I heard from Arthur Rankin yesterday! He wishes everyone a very Merry Christmas! He is also looking for copies of a mini-series made for RAI in ROME titled "Enid" or "Enide." It was made in 1971 and consists of 7 hours of film and starred his lovely wife Olga Karlatos (Rankin). The mini-series made her a star in Italy!

The radio station garners approximately 500,000 to 900,000 listeners on average per month (just via our broadcast and not counting our syndicates) as we are available locally and also in international online media markets including Shoutcast Radio, Terra Radio, Chumby Radio Networks, Live365 Radio, on select cell phones, Stickam networks, and various other syndicates. We have guests on the live show that had / have anything to do with pop culture, tv, film, b-movies, comedy, retro music, cult / drive-in themed films, horror, sci-fi, thrillers, and family entertainment from kids shows to sitcoms to cartoons, etc. Basically we highlight anything and / or anyone who could've ever been considered iconic in the world of pop culture at one time or another. Our show is also syndicated live every Saturday night and rebroadcast every Thursday night, further extending our span of promotion and increasing our listening audience.

WLS RADIO

This came out yesterday! BEST BUY didn't have it???!!! What they did have was trashed and disorganized isles with very little help (or help that knew nothing about anything)! I dare you to try to find a DVD/BLU RAY like this at one of those places....I double dare you :)

ARNOLD STANG passes at age 91

One of our favorite comedians and cartoon voices passed away at age 91. Arnold Stang was the voice of HERMAN in the HERMAN & KATNIPS cartoons (One of my favorites!) as well as TOP CAT in HANNA-BARBERA'S TOP CAT series. He was in many other films and TV projects including IT'S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD. A legend!
