My panel is in Room 1 at 2:30 PM tomorrow! Saturday! Someone said Travolta is doing one right before me!

Definitely a wild and busy day!

All set up at A3 at WIZARD WORLD CHICAGO! This will be my home for the next 4 days at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center! My panel is at 2:30 Saturday in Room 1!

Looks like John Travolta and Henry Winkler are guests!   They were both on ABC TV at the same time in the 1970s!

Summer is going out with a bang!

I want to Thank everyone that came out to The Hollywood Show Saturday!

 This was my view from my booth!   I really had a good time and glad to see so many Rankin/Bass fans come out!   I was sitting next to Cussack and he left abruptly around 2 pm....not sure what happened just yet.   Lots of people were talking about it.   Anyway, I had a really good time!

Just Added! One Day Only! Saturday March 23rd 10 AM to 5 PM

I am returning to The Hollywood Show for one day only!   Forget C2 E2, this is the show to go to!
I will be there with Shirley Jones of The Partridge Family, John Cusack (Love & Mercy), my friends Kathy Garver (Family Affair) and Johnny Ray Miller (When We're Singin') and many more!   I hope you can join us!  The hotel is very easy to get in and out of and it is next to a Giordanos!   What more could you ask for?

Jerry Mathers and Tony Dow are making their first Chicago appearances!  Jan Michael Vincent will be there from Danger Island too!

JOHNNY MATHIS

Johnny opened his show with WINTER WONDERLAND....every time he hit his high notes, I heard gasps from the audience.   He could also sing his classics such as IT'S NOT FOR ME TO SAY and CHANCES ARE with all the gusto of the original Columbia recordings.
 

Johnny Mathis is a Sensational performer and still going strong!  His Christmas show is a delight with beautiful orchestrations by Scott Lavender.  Wouldn't Johnny be a great host for one of RANKIN/BASS' TV specials?  My family had both Johnny Mathis Christmas LPs going non-stop every Christmas;  MERRY CHRISTMAS (Columbia) and THE SOUNDS OF CHRISTMAS (Decca) and then I gave my mom GIVE ME YOUR LOVE FOR CHRISTMAS in the 1970's, another GREAT Christmas LP/CD.
