My friend Zaven Keleshian posted this on FACEBOOK. We are seeing what may be the worst blizzard in Chicago since 1967 right now! The kind of blizzard that you see towards the end of RANKIN/BASS' RUDOLPH with elves spinning with packages and eskimos and igloos blowing around!

Just got back from the STONE TEMPLE PILOTS show at the Riviera and they rocked the house! My ears are still ringing and may be for a while... I had to contend with a few drunks and that was not fun at all! Josh had a good time and they put on a good show!

NEW CD due out in May! My favorite song of the night was their new single "Between the lines"!

One of my first book signings

This was one of my first book signings in 1997 for THE ENCHANTED WORLD OF RANKIN/BASS: A PORTFOLIO at BORDERS BOOKS & MUSIC in Orland Park, IL. My first signing was at the NEWBERRY LIBRARY in Chicago and there were a few celebrities there including Bill Kurtis.

I think today was the day of Josh's return to the Skatepark! He broke his right foot about three months ago and has been looking forward to this day for a long time!
