This is the episode of The Andy Williams show that Andy plugged at the very end of my 1964 NBC/GE Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer dvd (Notice their 1964 Beatle boots)! I started a Rankin/Bass Productions TV Special with Andy Williams and the Osmonds (Read about it in my 20th Anniversary book) and invloved Paul Coker, Jr., Arthur Rankin, Jr. and Andy. Andy called me up and was excited about it and loved the art and idea. He was also a big fan of my books. Unfortunately, we were unable to launch it, as times had changed too much in television.

We wish Andy Williams well!

...my mom called today and said they reported on the NEWS that he has bladder cancer...We wish him well!

One of my favorites and he called me up some years back excited about a possible RANKIN/BASS project! He absolutely loved the Paul Coker paintings that I asked Paul to do. His "May Each Day" is one of his best!

IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR

In 2001, I asked PAUL COKER to do several designs for a RANKIN/BASS Production that I laid the ground work on, called IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR. Andy Williams called me up and said he was in! He loved the concept and designs. Every time I hear one of Andy's songs on SIRIUS XM HOLIDAY TRADITIONS, I think about this project. Donny Osmond and his brothers liked the idea too.

This is an Illustration by RANKIN/BASS character designer PAUL COKER, JR. that I commisioned for my treatment of THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR for RANKIN/BASS. ANDY WILLIAMS was most happy with it and agreed to partake in the special. RANKIN/BASS also did the OSMONDS animated TV series and would be a wonderful part of the special.
