The longest-running TV Special on the same network airs at 7 pm Central time and will be the subject of my 6th book on Rankin/Bass Productions for it's 50th Anniversary! Frosty the Snowman will be 50 next year! It is the longest-running TV Special (Not just Christmas) on the same network it premiered on!
