Rankin/Bass' Here Comes Peter Cottontail is the first of three Rankin/Bass Easter specials and the gem of the three! I remember seeing it when it premiered in 1971 and always wanting to see it every Easter! The Romeo Muller script has Peter going through all of the major holidays and that was pure genius!
