RANKIN/BASS Four book bundle
Some people are still asking if the NEW hardcover edition of THE ARTHUR RANKIN, JR. SCRAPBOOK: THE BIRTH OF ANIMAGIC is in? YES...it is IN-STOCK and so are all of my other books :) The BEST way to save is with the bundle! Really happy with the NEW hardcover and we added lots of RARE stuff!
CUBS FEVER
When I think of the Chicago Cubs, this is the team I think of. Josh and I were lucky to go to their reunion and meet everyone. while they were still around. We have a complete set of autographs including the guys who were on the team for a few weeks, etc.
Happy 98th Birthday to the King! Comic books need him desperately today!
I still look at his work every day in my FANTASIC FOUR omnibus books!

Bob McGrath sent me this message today :)
I think it might have been RANKIN/BASS' THE STINGIEST MAN IN TOWN 1978, that he did some group singing on:
Bob McGrath Hey Rick Goldschmidt.. sorry I didn't get back to you before Aug 9.. would have asked you to pass a hello on to Jack Davis.. The Rankin Bass logo rang an old bell! I have a hunch that many years ago I did one of the many Christmas Specials RB produced as a group singer..possibly for a good friend Bernie Hoffer (arranger and composer)..Hope all is well with you..
