That get rid of veteran employees NOT because of their job performance BUT because they don't want to pay pensions and benefits (and hire under new job titles with no benefits and half the pay). I wrote it for ABC WORLD NEWS and others. It includes interviews with employees with 20 + years. They didn't get to 20+ years by NOT doing a good job :)

Wrote a NEWS story today about large companies..
That get rid of veteran employees NOT because of their job performance BUT because they don't want to pay pensions and benefits (and hire under new job titles with no benefits and half the pay).
