the late Paul Frees was a very close friend with Arthur Rankin and he appeared in most of the RANKIN/BASS specials, doing many voices in each special including FROSTY THE SNOWMAN (Santa Claus, Traffic Cop, Ticket booth operator, etc) and SANTA CLAUS IS COMIN' TO TOWN (BURGERMEISTER MEISTERBURGER, Grimsley, etc.).
