It reads:
(C) VIDEOCRAFT INT'L. LTD. MCLXIV
(MCLXIV is the roman numeral for 1164 !)

It should have read:
(C) VIDEOCRAFT INT'L. LTD. MCMLXIV
(MCMLXIV is 1964)

Sent to us by Michael Mills. I told him it had much to do with it being animated in Japan.
