It is always great to meet the Rankin/Bass fans! I would have to put today's event in my top 3 least favorites though, for a long list of reasons.

Dennis was a big help to me!   He never did an event with me before!   We didn't even see Butch or Rich!   We heard the Munster cars, but he was like a block away from us?
We met some great new customers!

My good customer Scot showed up to the last two events I did!   He was at last year's Haunting In Hammond, which I actually had a good time at!

We got a BIG Storm at the end of the day!
Lookie Here! designs is adding a Creature of a Black Lagoon to their doll line shortly!  The art looks tremendous!

"My mouth's bleeding Bert! My mouth's bleeding! Zuzu's petals..." Always loved Bert the cop (Ward Bond) and Ernie the cab driver (Frank Faylen aka Herbert T. Gillis in the Many Loves of Dobie Gillis) and so did Jim Henson 😁 #ernieandbert #jimhenson #collectorscall

I posted this comment and photo on ZUZU'S PETALS Facebook page and a member made the comment "The naming of the characters rumor was dispelled by family members."  Yeah right, it was a coincidence.   I know for a fact that The Count on Sesame Street was based on Jack Davis' design of Dracula from Rankin/Bass' Mad Monster Party and his other Dracula art.   I have a friend who actually discussed it with Jim at the time.   I am sure the family would dispel that too, but it is true.
