SUPERMAN is 75!

Just saw a report on ABC WORLD NEWS on Superman's 75th Birthday with some great old clips! His BEST years are definitely behind him! I have no interest in seeing that Snake suit reboot that was partially filmed in Aurora, IL. The lst reboot was so forgettable, I don't even remember what it was about.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDY GRIFFITH!

Just watched an Excellent appearance of Andy Griffith as Andy Taylor on THE DANNY KAYE SHOW! It is on the DVD 50TH ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION PETTICOAT JUNCTION: RETURN TO HOOTERVILLE. THE DANNY KAYE SHOW is on the DVD because Bea Benaderet was the guest as was Jim Nabors from 1964! What is interesting about Andy's appearance is he went back to his country speaking voice that he used in the first season of THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW.

She created one of the greatest characters in television! I also loved her early roles in CAR 54, WHERE ARE YOU?, NAKED CITY, ROUTE 66, DENNIS THE MENACE, etc.
