HOLLYWOOD BOWL

A pretty famous band played here in 1964 and 1965! I just heard on the radio today that TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS are playing here soon! We saw a huge image of his new MOJO on the side of a building near WARNER BROS.

First RANKIN/BASS to hit BLU RAY! Release date: October 5th, 2010

I thought this might be the first RANKIN/BASS BLU RAY! The special was really cleaned up a few years back and we did the documentary "We Are Santa's Elves" a few years back as well! I was really happy with the cover design, because I told them to feature HEAT MISER/SNOW MISER and the original logo AND they listened. The Blu Ray comes with the DVD copy too and NESTOR, THE LONG-EARED DONKEY and RUDOLPH'S SHINY NEW YEAR are included in HI DEF too!

CAIOTI PIZZA CAFE in Studio City, CA

Had a great first night dinner with our good friends Patrick & Leslie Owsley at CAIOTI PIZZA CAFE! Sometimes the cast of THE OFFICE shares a pizza here.

Josh sits across the street from VITELLO'S...a restaurant made famous a few years back by actor Robert Blake (Baretta, OUR GANG).

HANNA-BARBERA studios

The HANNA-BARBERA studios as it appears today (No longer the H-B building). It should have been turned into a landmark and changed into a HANNA-BARBERA museum. I have no idea why it wasn't.
